INQUIRY & PROPOSAL
Please submit a web inquiry or email us at info@ultrabarservices.com. We'd love to curate an experience for your event. You can expect a customized proposal within 48 hours of our consultation. If needed, during this time, please check with your venue regarding their policy with outside vendors. We look forward to working with you through this planning process!
BOOKING
Once you agree upon your proposal, you will receive a contract for your signing, followed by an invoice for agreed upon services. The deposit amount of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure the date of the event and must be paid upon contract signature. The balance of the total service fee is due 15 days prior to the day of the event. A 20% gratuity is added to all invoices. If you choose to display a tip jar and QR code at the bar, the gratuity will be reduced to 18%.
EVENT DAY
If you choose to deliver the alcohol to the event, please drop it off at least 2 hours prior, to ensure a well-chilled selection. Our staff will set up for an exceptional experience for you and your guests. It's time for many cheers!
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation by client: If the client cancels the event more than 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit amount will be refunded in full. If the client cancels the event less than 30 days prior to the event, the deposit amount will be forfeited. If the client cancels the event less than 14 days prior to the event, the deposit and 50% of the remaining total will be forfeited. Cancellation by service provider: If the service provider cancels the services, the deposit amount will be refunded in full.
